Spring Cloud 在啟動消費者的時候報此錯誤，服務啟動不了

原因時在往Eureka綁定，並指定ip的時候端口寫重復

ip-address 原本寫的時127.0.0.1 端口默認時8080，與服務提供者的端口重復導致
