Gradle下載不了，可以使用阿里的依賴庫

將項目路徑下的build.gradle

    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
        
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.6.1'

    }
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
        
    }
}

task clean(type: Delete) {
    delete rootProject.buildDir
}

修改為

或者是在Android Studio的Settings中添加如下設置，下次就不用再改動這個文件了
