今天在寫一些簡單的SpringMVC的代碼的時候，spring的bean configuration XML突然報錯，按照提示，沒有beans標簽，可是我的beans標簽存在，
仔細分析原因之后，發現原因可能只是工程錯亂了，
解決辦法：停下當前的server,清理（clean）一下工程，重啟就沒事了；
