在https://github.com/KaiyangZhou/deep-person-reid中學習reid時候，根據
conda create --name torchreid python=3.7
方法操作是發生錯誤，如下是我搜羅整合的方法；
cmd輸入conda config --add channels r
然后進入C:\Users\你的用戶名，找到.condarc文件
將里面內容編輯如下，注意一定是http不是https
channels:
- http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
ssl_verify: true
show_channel_urls: true
保存關閉。
