之前的隨筆里有寫過關於Mac OS和Linux的，現在需要用到Windows的系統，
修改方法：
路徑----> C:\Users\用戶名\AppData\Roaming，在Roaming文件夾下新建pip文件夾。
在pip文件夾下創建pip.ini配置文件，並在文件中寫入以下內容（跟在Linux里面的內容一樣，之前用過豆瓣的安裝源，現在試試大名鼎鼎的阿里雲）:

index-url=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
[install]
trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com
效果如下圖：下載很順暢，起效了哈：
沒錯，我用的是vscode.
