vue解決啟動報錯cjs loader.js Error: Cannot find module '../config'問題

今天下載公司的一個的項目 進行正常的操作后 啟動報錯了。。。

后來找度娘 才知道原來是config 文件夾里少了一個inde.js 文件 

解決辦法： 讓同事上傳一下index.js  之后就能正常跑起來了

也可以使用下面這個自己補全，內容如下
