vue-admin-template測試模式和后端服務器聯調

默認是使用本地Mock，如何和后端服務聯調？
默認是development模式，env.development內容如下：

ENV = 'development'

# base api
VUE_APP_BASE_API = '/dev-api'

# vue-cli uses the VUE_CLI_BABEL_TRANSPILE_MODULES environment variable,
# to control whether the babel-plugin-dynamic-import-node plugin is enabled.

VUE_CLI_BABEL_TRANSPILE_MODULES = true

只需要修改VUE_APP_BASE_API參數即可。

比如我的本地后端服務器端口是8000，修改如下：

VUE_APP_BASE_API = 'http://localhost:8000'
