Hystrix報錯java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: null

問了度娘，有關閉斷路功能的，有斷路時間調長的，完全不在點上，我的目的是測試Hystrix斷路器功能，都關閉了，我還咋驗證。后來發現在這個報錯之上還有一行錯誤：

com.netflix.hystrix.contrib.javanica.command.GenericCommand.getFallback 80 - failed to processed fallback is the method: 'failHi'. 

調試com.netflix.hystrix.contrib.javanica.command.GenericCommand.getFallback方法，發現是斷路@HystrixCommand注解定義fallbackMethod方法反射調用failHi失敗，再次調試報錯的failHi方法，最終發現是failHi方法中出現了RuntimeException異常，錯誤的實例代碼如下：
