修改npm包所安裝目錄的權限：
sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local然后輸入密碼就可以了
ls -l /usr/local查看目錄是否已切換權限如果ls能夠查看對應的目錄則可以了如下圖
接下來可以進行npm全局包安裝：npm install -g bower
