Server Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within 45 seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.
這個錯誤是指服務器超時了。

用這個方法清空項目虛擬目錄里的文件，然后重新運行程序
第二個方法：
步驟1->【Window】->【Show View】 -> 【Servers】
步驟2->雙擊【Servers】
步驟3 ->打開界面上的timeouts ，將45改成較大的數值即可
