設置stable鏡像倉庫

如果你所需要的鏡像是來自國外的，可以使用阿里源加速
[root@liujunjun ~]# yum-config-manager --add-repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/docker-ce/linux/centos/docker-ce.repo
更新一下yum軟件包的索引
