手動操作一下執行xcode包里面的命令行操作：
（1）找到前往>應用程序里面的xcode
（2）顯示包內容
（3）找到 /Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app
（4）顯示包內容
（5）找到 /Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
（6）點擊iTMSTransporter
（1）找到前往>應用程序里面的xcode
（2）顯示包內容
（3）找到 /Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app
（4）顯示包內容
（5）找到 /Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
（6）點擊iTMSTransporter
直到顯示如下界面即表示升級成功。如果中間報錯，則需要切換其它網絡進行重試。（在實操中，有時候電信網絡會升級失敗；切換到移動4G后成功升級。）
