最完美ThinkPHP Nginx 配置文件

一個配置文件，完美支持普通,兼容,pathinfo,rewrite4種url模式，別怪我沒提醒你收藏哦. 常見的靜態文件404時也不會再去跑一遍fastcgi浪費資源。
