C# 獲取當前執行DLL 所在路徑

有的時候，當前執行的DLL 和啟動的EXE 所在路徑並不一致，這時我們想要獲得當前執行DLL 所在路徑可以使用下面的方法。

通過 CodeBase 得到一個 URI 格式的路徑；
用 UriBuild.UnescapeDataString 去掉前綴 File://；
用 GetDirectoryName 把它變成正常的 windows 格式。
