flask接口入門實現簡單的登錄注冊（一）

和網上的博客app不同，由於需求主要寫一些小程序的借口

首先是初始化app

這一部分完成就可以運行，通過訪問127.0.0.1/5000/hello來檢測應用是否創建成功

這一部分按照flask官方文檔來就好了，一般只需要在后面加新的特性就可以了,后面寫具體接口事例
