flutter切換到1.9.1-hotfix.5版本，然后切回到1.5.4-hotfix.2，居然報權限問題。Flutter.framework: Permission denied
查了下應該是1.9.1引出的問題怎么切回1.5.4還出現了。。
按issues里的辦法改腳本，清緩存，弄個半天還不行，媽的直接去官網下包搞定
