Visual Studio 2017安裝時可以指定Blend SDK，到Visual Studio 2019時，安裝時已經沒有這個選項了。
官方提供的只有老版本4.0的安裝包。要使用Blend SDK 4.5版本，可以有以下兩個方法
1、使用Nuget包
PM> Install-Package Expression.Blend.Sdk -Version 1.0.2
2、下載Blend SDK 4.5安裝包安裝(附件提供下載)
