NVIDIA顯卡 Ubuntu16.04安裝驅動后出現問題：Unable to determine the device handle for GPUXXX
安裝NVIDIA驅動后輸入：nvidia-smi 出現如下問題
Unable to determine the device handle for GPU 0000:82:00.0: Unable to communicate with GPU because it is insufficiently powered.
This may be because not all required external power cables are
attached, or the attached cables are not seated properly.
解決方法是：
上面的意思是說沒有電源不足，拆機打開發現有兩塊顯卡電源沒有插上。插上后完美解決：
