chrome://inspect 是前端常用的調試工具
但是有時候會碰到PC端dev-tools白屏的問題
1.首先我們要處於[科][學]的網絡環境
2.在 chrome 中輸入
chrome://appcache-internals/
然后remove掉所有item

白屏原因：
因為devtools需要用到https://chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com/ 這個網站的資源，如果沒有梯子，就無法打開chrome瀏覽器的devtools工具。
