預裝Windows10 64位家庭版電腦一台 2019年7月
安裝Python，這里的版本選擇上有個坑，不要裝最新的Python 3.7.x，原因是odoo12依賴pillow 4.0.0庫，而這個4.0.0版本的pillow庫在python 3.7.x下安裝會報Zlib找不到的錯。

下載 Python 3.6.8 Windows x86-64 executable installer 安裝
安裝Postgresql

下載Windows x86-64 10.10版本
安裝git

安裝pycharm社區版

拉取odoo源碼
https://github.com/odoo/odoo
生成python虛擬環境
可以在Pycharm中設置
安裝visualcppbuildtools_full.exe
如果跳過此步驟，后面安裝Python依賴庫時會報錯Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools"

安裝odoo的python依賴庫
pip install -r requirements.txt
pip安裝上一步遺漏的
pip install psycopg2 psutil
編輯odoo的啟動配置文件
啟動odoo
