默認的單機oracle數據庫中，oracle不會隨着操作系統的啟動而啟動，需要手工啟動。下面設置開機自動啟動
[oracle@CSICN20RPT01 etc]$ vi oratab
# This file is used by ORACLE utilities. It is created by root.sh
# and updated by either Database Configuration Assistant while creating
# a database or ASM Configuration Assistant while creating ASM instance.
# A colon, ':', is used as the field terminator. A new line terminates

Note：這里把N改成Y（no該為yes）
[root@CSICN20RPT01 etc]# pwd
/etc
[root@CSICN20RPT01 etc]# vi rc.local

touch /var/lock/subsys/local
route add default gw 192.168.40.1
su - oracle -c 'lsnrctl start'
su - oracle -c 'dbstart'
lsnrctl start 和 dbstart 要改成Oracle實際安裝的目錄
Note：添加紅色部分，啟動監聽，啟動數據庫
測試：
重啟操作系統，查看數據庫狀態
[oracle@CSICN20RPT01 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Wed May 24 10:23:56 2017
Copyright (c) 1982, 2013, Oracle. All rights reserved.

[oracle@CSICN20RPT01 ~]$ lsnrctl status

開始啟動數據庫和監聽ok。
