0.9.0.RELEASE版本的spring cloud alibaba nacos+feign實例

　　這里的feign依然是原來的feign，只不過將注冊中心由eureka換成了nacos。服務提供方參見0.9.0.RELEASE版本的spring cloud alibaba nacos實例，消費方跟提供方一樣，只需加入feign的相關內容即可。掄出三板斧：

　　1、pom加入feign：

　　2、application同服務提供方，只需注冊到nacos即可：

　　3、啟動類中加入注解@EnableFeignClients，引入服務提供方接口，並通過注解指向服務提供方服務實例@FeignClient("lxytrans-provider")：
