當前系統是10.14，我想裝回10.11
辦法:
1. 下載10.11， 我是從themacgo網站下載的
https://themacgo.com/macos-sierra-10-12-1-dmg-mac-direct-free-download/
2. 備份原來mac OS重要文件
3. 方法1: 利用TransMac 工具將系統img restore 到 USB 設備，
或者方法2:用Mac 的createinstallmedia 命令制作，參考 https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372
這里有個坑，usb設備不要有windows的引導分區，否則下一步mac boot manager 會認不出這個移動設備
4. mac 啟動按住Option, boot menu 里選擇 usb設備的系統
5. 進入utilities, 把原來mac OS的硬盤erase掉，這步很重要，不然你老系統是安裝不進這個內置系統硬盤，因為原系統是更新的版本，這也是一個坑
6. 進入terminal, 輸入 date - u 0727030015 將日期改為15年(目標系統發布日范圍內), 否則同樣沒法安裝成功，報的錯是"This copy of the install OS X EI Capitan application can't be verified. It may have been corrupted or tampered with during downloading".
7. install macOS Sierra 到內置系統硬盤， Enjoy!
