WIN10有個Linux子系統你們可以去搜搜，我這里裝的是【Ubuntu 18.04 LTS】這個版本，要在應用商店搜一下才能出來，如果應用商店搜不到，那就需要你更改系統區域，我是改成了【美國】才搜到的，真是奇葩。
好不容易下載好了之后，又遇到新的問題，那就是gcc裝上了，g++裝不了。出現的問題參考一下下面這幾行：

找了好多辦法都沒解決，各種update、換更新源都沒什么用。最后！發現，在apt update之后，其實應該補充一句：
sudo apt upgrade
然后你就可以正常地使用那些網上找到的教程來安裝環境了。我使用的是
sudo apt install build-essential
檢查是否安裝成功可以使用
gcc -v 或 g++ -v
如果成功的話，就會出現類似像這樣的信息：
user@local:~$ g++ -v
