在調用webservice接口的時候一直報The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found這個錯，最后在Stack Overflow上找到一個，說可能是content type的問題，
我之前用的application/xml格式，一直不行，換了application/x-www-form-urlencoded格式還是不行，然后換成text/xml格式就可以了
我傳入的入參是純xml文本，但是用錯了content type。因為對content type這個了解的不是很多，導致找這個問題找了很久。
