解決辦法：
在本地Windows電腦打開cmd命令行，輸入
svn ls https://127.0.0.1:8888/svn/XXXXXXXX -- 這里是項目的svn地址
他會提示你輸入信息，這時輸入p，回車。
這個命令是讓忽略證書，然后按提示走就行。
如果提示要輸入賬號密碼，那么輸入svn鏈接的賬號密碼即可。
