SSM解決中文亂碼

一、tomcat配置

　　配置tomcat時 設置utf-8編碼，主要解決地址欄 url 中文亂碼

　　主要解決 request response 中文亂碼

　　主要解決request response請求前經過springmvc 導致中文亂碼
