Windows10下Anaconda虛擬環境下安裝pycocotools

0 - 步驟

• 安裝visualcppbuildtools_full.exe（鏈接：https://blog.csdn.net/u012247418/article/details/82314129）
• 重啟電腦，在開始菜單中打開"Visual C++ 2015 x64 Native Build Tools Command Prompt"命令行
• 命令行中鍵入"activate env_name"激活虛擬環境（env_name為虛擬環境名稱）
• 命令行中鍵入"pip install git+https://github.com/philferriere/cocoapi.git#subdirectory=PythonAPI"完成pycocotools安裝
