zabbix有內置的模板，不過需要修改下配置，配置文件路徑在：

配置文件里需要：
1、修改HOME路徑，創建.my.cnf文件。
2、mysql和mysqladmin需要改成絕對路徑

正常情況需要創建一個zabbix用戶，限定權限，供zabbix-server調用，不過我這里監控的是zabbix-server在的數據庫，用戶是現成的。

mysql和mysqladmin路徑可以通過whereis查看

修改完畢，記得重啟zabbix-agent
