解決：
有兩種方法，需要跟自己的實際情況來選擇使用哪一種
1.vim fastcgi.conf
將fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/:/tmp/:/proc/";一行注釋，再執行nginx -s reload即可。
2.vim fastcgi.conf
將fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/:/tmp/:/proc/";一行改為fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/../:/tmp/:/proc/";再執行nginx -s reload即可。
