下載這個主題

另存為，就可以下載了。
然后導入主題
Preferences -> Profiles -> Colors，右下角的下拉框 “Color Presets”，點擊 ”Import”，選擇上面下載的文件,就可以導入主題了，
然后我們選中這個主題
切換到 window 標簽頁 調整不透明度
切換到 Colors 標簽頁 ，提高對比度
字體設置
Preferences -> Profiles -> Text
個人喜歡 "Monaco" 12pt
