解決方式：
1.用任意文本編輯軟件打開“C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare 3\BCState.xml”（也可能是安裝目錄下的BCState.xml文件）。
2.刪除<TCheckForUpdatesState>節點（即<TCheckForUpdatesState>到</TCheckForUpdatesState>之間的部分）,保存退出編輯軟件。
3.重新打開BeyondCompare3，所有歷史記錄及配置都有保留，沒再彈出3281-0350
