arcgis for android100.x 禁止地圖旋轉

DefaultMapViewOnTouchListener是MapView中OnTouchListenner默認事件實現類。

修改DefaultMapViewOnTouchListener類中的onRotate方法，直接返回false。這樣地圖就不會旋轉了。

        @Override
        public boolean onRotate(MotionEvent motionEvent, double v) {
            return false;
