mysql 修改端口
1. 停止mysql服務
2. 打開文件夾下my.ini文件。（E:\mysql-5.7-3307）
修改文件中的port值，注意兩個地方：

3. 啟動服務。（如修改失敗，可重新綁定 my.ini文件后，重啟服務）
