1、Windows --> preferencce : (如果沒有server選項，可以參考這個：https://blog.csdn.net/qq_37471298/article/details/80980006?utm_source=blogxgwz5)
2、在這個目錄下面選擇你所下載的Tomcat
3、選擇tomcat的安裝目錄 然后finish
4、然后在下面就會顯示這個，點擊這個（如果沒有：Windows --- show views --- other --- server）
5、選擇對應的tomcat 然后finish
此時，eclipse中的tomcat 只是復制了一份本地的tomcat
即使在eclipse中開啟了tomcat中，在網頁中輸入http://localhost:8080 也不會有小貓出現
6、將eclipse中的tomcat 與本地的 tomcat 關聯起來
右擊
選擇第二個選項
保存之后，eclipse中的tomcat就會關聯本地的tomcat
