1.打開系統所在位置C:\Users\Administrator\VirtualBox VMs\centos7-03\centos7-03.vbox

2.備份

3.修改，搜索VBoxGuestAdditions.iso，去掉DVDImages標簽中的image標簽

4.重啟virtualBox
