配置quartz啟動時就執行一次

1. 添加maven依賴。pom.xml 中添加jar文件

2.任務交給spring管理。web.xml 文件中引入任務調度的配置文件

        classpath*:/config/applicationContext-quartz.xml
    </param-value>
    </context-param>

3. 配置任務調度。編寫 applicationContext-quartz.xml 配置文件

4. 編寫任務類。編寫定時器類
