因為chrome inspect需要加載 https://chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com 上的資源，所以需要翻牆。
解決方案二：
編輯hosts文件，添加：
61.91.161.217 chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com
61.91.161.217 chrometophone.appspot.com
或
74.125.25.141 chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com
解決方案三：
chrome://appcache-internals/#
remove all
enjoy it
嘗試一下chrome://appcache-internals/#清除一下這里的緩存
