2 頻率范圍

當我第一次看到稱為GSCN(全局同步光柵通道)的頻率規范時。我問自己'為什么我們需要這種額外的頻率規格,當我們已經有現有的頻率規格(光柵)稱為ARFCN?'時。
我仍然不知道3GPP TS或TDocs中的官方答案(我未能在規范中找到答案)。所以我想出了如下個人猜測:
當在NSA中激活NR時,UE不需要對SSB進行盲搜索,因為頻率,子載波間隔等都是由LTE RRC連接重新配置消息配置的。但是在SA中,UE需要盲目地檢測SSB,因為UE需要在它獲得任何RRC(MIB,SIB)之前檢測到它。如果UE需要基於ARFCN柵格搜索SSB,則ARFCN柵格非常窄,因此需要很長時間。因此,最好以更寬的步驟定義SSB搜索頻率。這是GSCN的用途/目的。
