vue 修改element ui 的默認樣式

應該還能針對其他的奇葩樣式修改的 比如：mint-ui，vux 應該都適用

1、在樣式  后加 !important ，例如：width: 178px !important;

2、<style scope>  </style> 中的scope去掉

3、vue有一個默認的<style scope>  </style>標簽，這是后重新新建一個<style>  </style>的標簽。區分開來，就是使用兩個<style>  </style> 這樣也能修改掉樣式
