New項目中沒有web
Window菜單的preference沒有server
解決方法：打開help->Install new software…
在work with中找到http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2018-12/201812191000，就能搜索到IDE，選着Web,AMX,Java EE…...點擊next->next 選擇I accept 點擊finish，等IDE下載好重啟eclipse。
然后就能在window->preferences->Server->Runtime Rnvironments中添加tomcat了。
也能創建web項目了。
