centos下mysql授予權限提示ERROR 1133 (42000): Can't find any matching row in the user table

給mysql對應的用戶授予權限的時候提示報錯：

解決方法：

后面才知道原來是同事這邊新增了用戶沒有flush

grant all privileges on *.* to 'user'@'%' with grant option;

flush privileges;
