網上的經驗：
網絡不同，賬號密碼不對，密碼太長，密碼由 # 字符；檢查MASTER_HOST，MASTER_USER，MASTER_PASSWORD（不知道 MASTER_LOG_FILE 有沒有影響）
但是，對我都沒用，突然想起來用navicat登陸mysql時出現報錯：
client does not support authentication protocol requested by server consider upgrading mysql client
原因是密碼編碼方式不對，需要修改
alter user 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED with mysql_native_password by '123456';
我用同樣的方法把repl的密碼也改了一下，固然好了~~~
