用PIP 安裝或升級python遇到錯誤提示
$ pip install pythons

No matching distribution found for pythons
這是因為網絡的問題，需要使用國內的鏡像源來加速,比如豆瓣源
命令改為：
pip install scikit-image -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
或者
pip3 install scikit-image -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
