報錯信息：
Referenced file contains errors (http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.3.xsd). For more information, right click on
the message in the Problems View and select "Show Details..."
這個錯誤在網上也找了很多解決方法，但是我用的是Myeclipse進行開發的，有些解決方法不能用，所以我就自己琢磨了一下報錯信息，eclipse應該也同樣適用。
首先觀察報錯信息：
引用的文件包含錯誤 (http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.3.xsd)
應該是加載spring-beans-4.3.xsd出現的錯誤，其他人的報錯信息有可能是：http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-X.X.xsd（它報錯的版本有可能不同，和你安裝的spring版本有關）
這里應該是無法下載spring-beans-4.3.xsd這個版本的插件，所以你自己設置一個版本號，當然要比4.3小的就可以。
