當時在學習selenium的時候，需要配合使用chromedriver 和phantomjs 進行瀏覽器的自動化測試..
chromedriver下載結束后。無法移動到/user/bin下面
會提示權限不夠，可明明是root,用戶，居然也權限不夠？？？
提示Operation not permitted
原因：由於系統啟用了SIP(System Integrity Protection), 導致root用戶也沒有權限
解決方案：
開機按住Command＋R，進入恢復模式，打開terminal，鍵入：
csrutil disable 回車
重啟即可完成。。。
