問題如圖：
1、按照網上不少同志建議的：直接右鍵項目，強制更新maven，即Update project；
2、也是我遇到的問題，發現該依賴包已經下載，但是由於 Index downloads are disabled的問題解決方法如下：
原因：應該是maven自動下載index組件的功能沒有開啟：
"Window" --> "Preferences" and choose Maven in the left side.勾選Download repository index updates on startup
解決：
"Window" ---> "Show View" ---> "Maven Repositories" ---> "Global Repositories"
選擇 "central" click right and "Update Index"解決問題。
