解決 spring cloud 項目的 com.netflix.hystrix.contrib.javanica.aop.aspectj.HystrixCommandAspect 錯誤信息

在項目中引入：引入hystrix依賴，如下

 <dependency>
        <groupId>org.springframework.cloud</groupId>
        <artifactId>spring-cloud-starter-netflix-hystrix</artifactId>
</dependency>

以上是針對cloud Finchley.SR2 版本，不同版本 artifactId 有所不同。
