一、簡介：
mysql 5.7 多源復制，主從同步的時候，主庫update一條數據，從庫這條數據已經被刪除，導致主從斷掉。
Last_Errno: 1032
MySQL主從同步的1032錯誤，一般是指要更改的數據不存在，SQL_THREAD提取的日志無法應用故報錯，造成同步失敗
（Update、Delete、Insert一條已經delete的數據）。1032的錯誤本身對數據一致性沒什么影響，影響最大的是造成了同步失敗.
二、解決方案：
MySQL5.7.15-log版本，binlog模式為ROW。
show slave status\G,可以看到如下報錯：

方法一：跳過錯誤
1）先跳過這一條錯誤,讓主從同步恢復正常。（或者N條event，一條一條跳過）
set global sql_slave_skip_counter=1;
start slave sql_thread for channel 'master_6';
slave 起來之后，恢復數據，在從庫上重新insert 進這條
2）The most recent failure being: Worker 3 failed executing transaction '169921 7e5e-5707-11e7-a702-94188201787c:161982297'
GTID 模式下還可以這樣：
set gtid_next='169921 7e5e-5707-11e7-a702-94188201787c:161982297';
begin;
commit;
set gtid_next='automatic';
stop slave sql_thread for channel 'master_6';
start slave sql_thread for channel 'master_6';
方法二：還原被刪除的數據
根據錯誤提示通過mysqlbinglog找到這條數據的sql， 此事件在主服務器Master binlog中的位置是mysql-bin.000309, end_log_pos77430800

要是從庫少了這個數據，把上面binglog中的update 改為insert
