解決：
配置目錄權限時如:
[/]
tangtx=rw
yangcx=rw
weishq=rw
結果組用戶分別在根目錄下可以正常show log,而在其子目錄中show log都會提示 Item is not readable.
最后在svnserve.conf 文件中,設置anon-access = none就可以了
